  • 1/4 cup - white chickpeas
  • 0.13 cup - Tamarind chutney
  • 0.06 cup - Green chutney
  • 0.06 cup - chopped onion
  • 0.06 cup - chopped tomato
  • 0.06 cup - chopped cucumber
  • 0.06 cup - Sev
  • As required - salt
  • As required to taste
  • As required - Chaat Masala
  • As required to taste
  • As required - Lemon wedges
  • As required For Serving

Directions: Kabuli Channa Chat Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Firstly, Rinse the chickpeas and soak them in water for 4-5 hours. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.2. In a large bowl, mix together tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt, and chaat masala.
  • STEP 3.3. Add the chickpeas, onion, tomato, cucumber, and sev to the bowl. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve cold, garnished with lemon wedges and additional sev if desired
