  • STEP 2.Whisk the mixture until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well combined.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture into a greased steaming dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
  • STEP 4.Place the dish in a steamer and steam for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the junnu is set.
  • STEP 5.Remove the dish from the steamer and let it cool to room temperature.
  • STEP 6.Once cooled, refrigerate the junnu for a few hours or overnight to chill and set completely.
