Ingredients for Jowar Puri/Vadi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 0.06 cup Urad dal flour
  • 0.06 cup Besan
  • As required green chilli
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • As required Curry leaves
  • As required Ginger
  • As required Garlic paste
  • As required sesame seeds
  • As required Ajwain
  • As required Salt
  • As required warm water for kneading
  • As required Oil

Directions: Jowar Puri/vadi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First make paste of green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves,ginger, garlic. Add all ingredients except oil. Add water gradually it should be stiff dough. Apply oil on sheet n Roll into thick puri. Deep fry till golden colour on both sides. While rolling into puri sprinkle little sesame seeds.
