A very famous dish from maharashtra..... This is made with mothbean sprouts....and is very healthy....actually there are many ways to make this... And my family loves it... This is my way of making it....a very easy peezy recipe:relaxed:.
Ingredients for Jowar bhakris served with matkichi usal !! Recipe
62.50 gram Matki/Mothbeans sprouts
3/4 onions Big cut small
1/4 potato big peeled and diced into cubes
1/2 tomato big chopped small
1/4 can ginger and Garlic tbspn finely chopped or paste be used
1/4 jeera tspn
As required Curry leaves few
1/2 Dry red chilly broken into halves
As required turmeric pwdr half tspn
1/4 Red chilly pwdr tspn
0.06 Hing tspn
1/4 oil tbspn
1/4-1/2 ghee tspn
1/4 Dhaniya pwdr tspn
1/4 Goda masala tspn
1/4-1/2 Green chillies slit into half
As required coriander leaves for garnish
