  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 2 teaspoon garlic cloves, pounded

  • 1 capsicum, cut into long strips

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 4 tomatoes, medium sized, quartered
  • 20 gram fresh bamboo shoots, cubed
  • 2 spring onions, cut into slices with green stems
  • 1 tablespoon green coriander
