Ingredients for Jhal Suji Recipe

  • 10 gram Diced Potatoes
  • 25 gram Sliced carrot
  • 10 gram Cauliflower cubes
  • 60 gram Sliced onions
  • 2 Sliced green chilies
  • 4 gram Ginger chopped
  • 2 gram Garlic chopped
  • As required Curry leaves
  • 200 gram Semolina
  • 20 gram Cashew
  • 20 gram Raisins
  • As required Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 Dried red chili
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Hot water

Directions: Jhal Suji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast the semolina in a pan on medium-high heat.
  • STEP 2.Heat the pan with cooking oil and ghee. Add dried red chilli ,bay leaves, cardamon, cinnamon, cumin seed and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add the vegetables and onions and fry for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, ginger,garlic, green chilies, semolina and some salt according to your taste.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar and hot water to the pan and keep cooking until the water is absorbed.
