  • 3 Pieces Potato
  • As Required salt tastewise
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp Onion paste
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 3 Tbsp Mustard oil

Directions: Jhal Aloo Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the potatoes in small cubes. Heat oil in the pan. Add green chillies. Add the potatoes. Fry them in medium heat. Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Add the dry masalas including salt. Add hot water as required. Cook in low flame . Serve with paratha.
