  • 1/2 tablespoon Finely grated lime zest
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 Whole chicken legs, patted dry
  • As required For grilling and serving
