STEP 1.1 - marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, allspice, coriander powder, cumin powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, and lemon juice.

STEP 2.2 - keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 3.3 - blend onions, garlic,spring onions, green chilli, thyme spring with lemon juice in a food processor.

STEP 4.4 - pour the blended mixture on top of marinated chicken with some soy sauce, water and 1 tbsp oil.

STEP 5.5 - combine everything and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 6.6 - heat some oil in a grill pan and cook your chicken on it.

STEP 7.7 - cook it for 3-4 minutes from both sides.
