The cakes likely originated in Mexico , where they are still a popular party food. Jelly cakes aren't made of flour, but they are filled with fruits. The reason behind the name is that the agar agar treats are often made in cake or cupcake pans.
STEP 1.1 - Take a pan , pour water to it and add sugar and cook it for atleast 2mins until the sugar melts.
STEP 2.2 - Add agar agar powder to it and cook it for 1 more min. Then turn off the flame.
STEP 3.3 - Now add orange juice to it and mix it well.
STEP 4.4 - Take a cake it and put 1 layer of fruits to it and then pour 1 big spoon of agar agar mixture. Then repeat the process again.
STEP 5.5 - Now keep the cake tin in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
STEP 6.6 - your cake is ready to eat.
