Ingredients for Jeera Tori or Ridge Gourd... Recipe
166.67 gm Tori
0.33 tsp Mustard oil
0.08 tsp tsp hin
0.17 tsp Zeera
1 g pcs green chilli slitted
0.33 As Required pc onion sliced
0.17 tsp Haldi powder
to taste Salt
Directions: Jeera Tori Or Ridge Gourd... Recipe
STEP 1.Peel the tori , cut into roundals , wash them , keep aside.
STEP 2.Take a pressure cooker , add oil , heat it .
STEP 3.Now add green chilli , stir it .
STEP 4.Add tori & onion together, stir fry it for a minute .
STEP 5.Now add haldi powder & salt , mix it well .
STEP 6.Add 1 tbsp water , mix it well.
STEP 7.Place the lid , give 4 whistles on high flame .
STEP 8.Lower the flame , cook it for 7 minutes.
STEP 9.Turn off the flame , allow it to depressurise naturally .
STEP 10.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
STEP 11.A good combo with rice ...
