Ingredients for Jeera rice Recipe

  • 0-1.67 cup basmati rice
  • 0-1.67 nos Cumintbsp
  • 0-0.33 nos Cinnamon
  • 0-1.33 nos green cardamom
  • 0-0.67 nos black cardamom
  • 0-0.67 nos Gheetbsp
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Jeera Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly wash the rice and soak the rice for 1/2 an hour.
  • STEP 2.Take a pressure cooker, add ghee to it and then add cumin seeds, cinnamon, green and black cardamom to it. Stir it and then add soaked rice to it after draining its water. Cook it nicely for 1-2 minutes and then add salt to it and mix it well and then add same amount of water as the amount of rice into the cooker.
  • STEP 3.Cover it with its lid and then cook it on high flame for 2 whistle and then switch off the flame and let it cool and then serve it.
