  • 0.33 Tsp Hing
  • 0.67 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Pieces redchillies
  • 0.67 Pieces green chillies
  • 0.33 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • A Pinch Coriander leaves
  • A Pinch Curry leaves
  • 0.33 Cup Basmati rice
  • 0.33 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces green cardamom pods
  • 0.33 Pieces Marathi mogga
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required water

Directions: Jeera RiceπŸšπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak d basmati rice in 30 mins. After, boil with water, add cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon,mogga, salt, oil, boil it 10 mins. Aroma comes. Then, strain d water. Keep it cool. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.After, take d pan, add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, red chilli, green chillies,fry it well & saute it well. After, add boiled basmati rice, salt, coriander leaves mix it well. Serve it with onion raita. So tasty πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. Enjoy β™₯️β™₯️
