STEP 1.First soak d basmati rice in 30 mins. After, boil with water, add cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon,mogga, salt, oil, boil it 10 mins. Aroma comes. Then, strain d water. Keep it cool. Keep aside.
STEP 2.After, take d pan, add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, red chilli, green chillies,fry it well & saute it well. After, add boiled basmati rice, salt, coriander leaves mix it well. Serve it with onion raita. So tasty πππ. Enjoy β₯οΈβ₯οΈ
