Ingredients for Japchae (Korean Noodle Stir-Fry) Recipe
2 ounces dangmyeon
1/2 tablespoon olive oil , divided
1/4 small white onion, thinly sliced
1.50 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 red bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
3/4 handfuls fresh baby spinach
As required toppings: toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions
0.06 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup
1/4 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 pound sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain into bite sized pieces
1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
As required fine sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
