It is delicious summer dessert made with jamuns. It is a less effort yet very yummy dessert. If you will give jamun in this way, I am sure no body would say no to it.
STEP 1.In a mixie jar, blend together milk, oats and sugar
STEP 2.Now add fresh cream and blend for 2-3 secs
STEP 3.Now transfer this base in a container and allow it to hard set for 5-6 hours
STEP 4.Now first blend the deseeded Jamun in a blender to form pulp
STEP 5.After the ice cream is set break it into pieces and blend it in along with the Jamun pulp.
STEP 6.Now place this mixture back in the container and place it in a freezer
STEP 7.Allow it to set back in a freezer till firm. Using an icecream scooper, scoop out icecream in individual bowl and serve
