Jalebi is a indian dish specially you can find it in bihar jharkhand and Up. Its sweet dish and veru tasty to eat.
STEP 1.Step 1. Take a bowl add maida n rice atta curd and mix well. Now add little water to make batter a semi thick consistency. Keep for rest for 20 mins.
STEP 2.Step2. Take a pan add sugar and water and keep on flame. Make a chasni by boiling it on medium flame for few mins and at last add ilaichi powder saffron n lemon juice. N switch off the gas.
STEP 3.Step 3. Take a another kadai and add oil n let it become medium hot. Now
STEP 4.Step 4. Take a jalebi maker and pour batter into it n make round round jalebi for in oil.
STEP 5.Once it becom golden n crisp then put ito sugar syrup.
STEP 6.Step 5. Take it out and derve either with rabri or serve without rabri. Its taste yumm. 👌👌
