  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the chickpeas overnight and pressure cook them until tender.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked chickpeas and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
