  • 2 tablespoon Pav Bhaji Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and capsicum.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and pav bhaji masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the mashed vegetables, salt, and water. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Toast the pav with butter and serve hot with the bhaji, garnished with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
