Something thats gives a different feeling is innovation, so here i have for my jain frends, a paranrha platter with no onion no garlic and yet looks and tastes great. Optional here is a red chilli garlic chutney to plate it wich is avoidable and can be replacex with green chutney or ketchup top. The chana dal and lauki filling in the discs, makes one feel having a styled meal at home.
