  • 0.33 cup Wheat flour -
  • 0.17 cup Grated jaggery/gud -
  • 1/2 cup Milk -
  • 0.67 tbsp Clarified butter -
  • 0.33 tbsp Crushed cashew nuts -
  • 0.33 tbsp Raisins -
  • As required Oil - for frying

Directions: Jaggery Wali Puaa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl mix together wheat flour,jaggery/gud,cardamom powder,clarified butter,milk,cashew nuts and raisins.
  • STEP 2.Make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat enough oil in a pan.
  • STEP 4.Pour one tbsp batter into the hot oil.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
  • STEP 6.Flipping once in between.
  • STEP 7.Always cook in medium flame.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot.
