  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, jaggery, yogurt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe small circles into the hot oil.
  • STEP 3.Fry the jalebis until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  • STEP 4.In a separate saucepan, heat jaggery and water to make a syrup. Dip the fried jalebis into the syrup for a few seconds.
