STEP 1.1. Wash and Soak rice in water for 10 minutes.
STEP 2.2. Transfer it in pressure cooker. 3. Add water and pressure cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
STEP 3.4. Heat ghee in a wok. Add jaggery and cook on low flame till it melts. Add cooked rice.
STEP 4.5. Add raisins, cashew nuts, melon seeds and pistachio and mix.
STEP 5.6. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
STEP 6.7. Offer to Lord Ganesha
