  • 20 g Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined
  • 150 g Raw jackfruit cut into
  • To Taste Salt
  • NaN Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.40 Tbsp Tamarind pulp
  • 1/5 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.40 g Garlic minced
  • 0.40 Tsp reen chillies finely chopped
  • NaN Tsp Onions finely chopped
  • 1/5 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Cumin powder
  • NaN Cups Coriander powder
  • 0.40 Tbsp Fresh coconut grated
  • 1/5 Pieces Raw jackfruit cut into

Directions: Jackfruit With Prawns Recipe #Foodcean #WomensDay_Special _MomsMagic (Moms favourite recipe)

  • STEP 1.Method Step 1 Take prawns in a bowl, add salt, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tamarind pulp and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2. Step 2 Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till pink, add green chillies and saute further. Add onions and cook till translucent. Add marinated prawns and mix well. Add little water, cover and cook on simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 3. Step 3 Roughly mash boiled jackfruit pieces on a plate. Add pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, remaining turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Add to the prawns and mix well. Cover and cook on simmer for a minute.
  • STEP 4. Step 4 Add fresh coconut and chopped coriander and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot
