Just a few days ago i came across a fruit called jackfruit and i immediately began investigating its best uses. It occurred to me to prepare this jackfruit pizza and was then able to confirm that its flavor and texture was a lot like artichoke. In this case, i used canned green jackfruit, but you can find this canned ripe jackfruit. By mixing pieces of jackfruit, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic, you create a delicious sauce to go with pillsbury classic crust pizza crust. You can add a few slices of tomato on top to enhance the flavor.
