  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped jackfruit and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add water and simmer until the jackfruit is tender.
  • STEP 8.Break the papads into small pieces and add them to the pan.
  • STEP 9.Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the papads are crispy.
