STEP 1.1. Cut the jackfruit in cubes, fry them and boil till 1 whistle.
2. In a pan add oil and ghee, fry the potatoes and keep aside, in the same pan add chopped onion, fry till brown, then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder and biriyani masala and saute them.
3. Then add jackfruit, rice and potatoes and mix everything together.
4. Transfer everything to a pressure cooker, add water, kewra essence and cook till 2 whistles in medium flame. Serve hot with salad and raita
