Perfectly baked potato, slightly crisp on outside and soft inside.
Healthy recipe, easy to prepare.
STEP 2.Wash potatoes, let them dry and brush them with salt and oil and bake it in the oven at 200° C for 40 mins.
STEP 3.Slice in half and scoop out center paet of potatoes and keep it aside for filling the mixture.
STEP 4.In a pan add butter, ginger, garlic, green chilli, bell pepper and sauté it properly.
STEP 5.Now add brocolli, french beans and carrot.
STEP 6.In a bowl mix above sautéd mixture and center scooped out potatoes, season it with chilli flakes, oregano and coriander.
STEP 7.Add salt as per taste.
STEP 8.Now fill this stuffing in half scooped potatoes and cover it with grated cheese.
STEP 9.Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 5-7 mins till cheese melts.
