STEP 1.Place the kitchenif ice cream bowl in the freezer for 2 days.

STEP 2.1 into the blender jar add 400 ml coconut milk, 1 cup ripe jackfruit puree, ½ cup sugar .

STEP 3.2 blend well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

STEP 4.3 into the kitchenif ice-cream maker, place the ice cream bowl which has been kept in the freeze for 2 days.

STEP 5.4 attach the paddle and set the timer for 30 min.

STEP 6.5 start the kitchenif ice cream maker and pour in the jackfruit mixture and allow it to thicken.

STEP 7.6 at the 20 minute mark add 1 cup chopped ripe jackfruit. Run for 5 more minutes and turn off.

STEP 8.7 spoon the jackfruit ice cream into a loaf pan/bow. Sprinkle some chopped jackfruit over the top.
step 9
STEP 9.8 freeze for 4 to 5 hours covered with cling film or foil.

STEP 10.9 serve chilled.
