  • 1/4 cup cooked and cooled brown rice
  • 2 ounce frozen classic  mixed vegetables, Bird's Eye cooked and cooled
  • 0.06 cup good quality sliced black olives
  • 1/2 tablespoon drained capers, plus 1 tbsp of the brine
  • 0.06 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.13 juice of lemon
  • 0.13 tablespoon olive oil, I used from the can
