Chicken momos is a very delicious steamed dumpling popular in south east asia. Minced chicken is mixed with vegetables and filled inside a covering, usually made of all purpose flour. Enjoy this recipe with a twist, wherein sprig genoa italian flavoring is used for the filling, imparting an authentic italian taste. Wholewheat flour is also used for the covering.
