It is an italian dish but i have given a twist of indian food. Nachos are made from fresh home made rotis. The white sauce that i have used is made with wheat flour. It is a combination of italian and indian taste.

1 cup Milk
As required Salt
pinch pepper
1 onion chopped
1 tomato grated
1 tomato chopped
As required coriander for garnishing
1 cup red kidney beans
3 cheese cubes grated
1 teaspoon fresh herbs mixed
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
