Ingredients for Italian Beef Tortellini Stew Recipe
0.06 cup All purpose flour
0.17 teaspoon Pepper, divided
0.17 pound Beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil, divided
0.33 inch Medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 pieces
0.17 Large onion, chopped
0.33 Celery ribs, sliced
1/2 Small carrots, sliced
1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon Each dried oregano, basil and marjoram
0.08 cup Dry red wine or reduced sodium beef broth
0.17 can Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Reduced sodium beef broth
0.17 teaspoon Sugar
0.17 Package refrigerated cheese tortellini
0.17 Package fresh baby spinach
