Ingredients for Italian Baked Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 pound Ground Chuck
  • 1 cup Italian style Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Egg
  • As required Garlic
  • As required onion powder

Directions: Italian Baked Meatballs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix well 2 lbs ground chuck, 1 cup italian style bread crumbs, 2 eggs & sprinkle with garlic & onion powder.
  • STEP 2.Roll into balls or use and ice cream scoop to make about 15 balls out of this mix.
  • STEP 3.Place the balls in a pan and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • STEP 4.Then cook for 400 degrees for another 15 minutes or until browned.
  • STEP 5.You can add them to marinara sauce, bbq sauce or any other sauce you desire.
