STEP 1. wash and soak the irish moss for 12 hours. add irish moss, isinglass, flaxseed and water in a pot.
step 2
STEP 1.bring it to boil and lower the heat. allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.
step 3
STEP 1. cool it and freeze. blend the frozen irish moss with the remaining ingredients.
step 4
STEP 1.add water if required and serve chilled.
