Monsoon season appeals for samosas with tea. And what's better than irani samosas. These samosas are a perfect option for snacking in rainy days. Crunchy and crispy irani samosas with tea are everyone's favourite irresistible combination.
STEP 1.1. First combine chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and chilli powder in a bowl.
STEP 2.2. Add poha powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside the filling.
STEP 3.3. Now mix cornflour with water and make a smooth paste.
STEP 4.4. Take a samosa patti sheet and apply paste on the edges.
STEP 5.5. Keep folding the edges and form a triangle.
STEP 6.6. Place 2 tbsp of filling and seal the edges.
STEP 7.7. Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the samosas till crispy and golden brown.
STEP 8.8. Drain excess oil. Irani samosas are ready to be served. Enjoy!!
