Uttapam is a very famous south indian breakfast, though now it is popular through out the india. It can be prepared using rice or rava/sooji/semolina. Sooji uttapam is prepared instantly. We can make it more tasty and attractive by adding cheese on top and serve it to our kids saying 'pizza uttapam". It is a healthy dish indeed as it has the nutrients of sooji or rava or semolina, vegetables and cheese.
