Ingredients for Instant Rava Aloo Vadai.. Recipe

  • 0.13 cup semolina ( rava
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking oil
  • 0.13 Cups Bowl water
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 g 2-3 g
  • 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
  • handful Of coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Instant Rava Aloo Vadai.. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add semolina in a bowl and add 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 cup boiling water to it and mix well and keep it covered for 10 mins.
  • STEP 2.Add grated potatoes, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander, jeera, salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well and make a dough.
  • STEP 3.Grease ur palms with oil and take some dough and give it desired shape, I have given vada shape.
  • STEP 4.Make all and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry the vadas on medium flame till nice crispy and golden in colour.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
