  • 0.17 cup Rice Flour
  • 0.08 cup Yogurt
  • 0.08 cup Water
  • 0.08 cup Grated Carrots
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 0.33 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix quinoa, rice flour, yogurt, and water to make a batter.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, and green chilies to the batter.
  • STEP 3.Grease the idli molds with oil and pour the batter into each mold.
  • STEP 4.Steam the idlis in a steamer for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
  • STEP 5.Remove the idlis from the molds and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.

Cooking Tips
