Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  • STEP 2.Season the beef with salt and pepper. Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
  • STEP 4.Add the onions, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
