  • STEP 1.Season the beef with salt and pepper. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the oil.
  • STEP 2.Add the beef to the Instant Pot and brown on all sides. Remove the beef and set aside.
  • STEP 3.Add the onions and bell peppers to the Instant Pot and sauté until softened.
