Ingredients for INSTANT POHA VADA Recipe

  • 1/4 cup poha (soaked)
  • 1/2 tbsp rice flour (fine)
  • 1/4 Pieces onions chopped cut
  • 1/2 Pieces Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • 0.13 Tbsp Ginger .chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp 6. Curry leaves  1tbsp
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
  • as required Salt
  • as required Oil

Directions: Instant Poha Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. The poha is rinsed and soaked in water for few minutes until soft.
  • STEP 2.2. After the excess water is drained out, it is mashed properly.
  • STEP 3.3. Then add chopped onion, green chili, ginger,
  • STEP 4.curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
  • STEP 5.4. Mix well with rice flour to form a thick batter and shape the vadas.
  • STEP 6.5. Fry the poha vadas in medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 7.6. Serve the vadas with chutney of your choice.
