STEP 1.1- First in a bowl take Poha and soak it into 1 cup water for about 10 minutes . Remove the water and strain the Poha .
STEP 2.Now in grinder take soaked Poha and grind it well . Make thick paste consistency.
STEP 3.2- Transfer this paste into a big bowl then add semolina , curd and salt . Mix all ingredients well. Uttpam batter is ready . Keep it for about 4-5 minutes .
STEP 4.3- Meanwhile for topping - take a bowl add chopped onion , carrot , bell pepper, salt and black pepper powder . Mix all ingredients well. Topping is ready .
STEP 5.4 - Now for making uttapam - Take nonstick pan , grease it well . Pour spoonful of uttapam batter on pan . Now sprinkle veegies topping on it and press it well .
STEP 6.Cover it and cook . Cook from both sides .
STEP 7.Poha uttapam is ready . Make more uttapam like this .
STEP 8.5- serve hot with chutney of your choice .
