Malai chop or cream chop or rasmalai is a traditional and authentic Bengali sweet dish.This sweet recipe is soft and juicy from inside and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for Instant Malai Chop or Rasmalai Recipe
1/4 cup Milk
0.13 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tbsp Ghee
1/4 Pieces piece eg
1/4 Kg Lt milk
0.08 g cp sugar
0.08 cup chopped dryfruit
0.08 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 drop of Rose or Keweda essence
Directions: Instant Malai Chop Or Rasmalai Recipe
STEP 1.Mix milk powder,baking powder and ghee in a bowl.
STEP 2.Beat the egg and put it into the mixture.
STEP 3.Prepare a soft dough of tht mixture.
STEP 4.Let it rest for 1-2 mnt
STEP 5.Now boiled the milk in a broad utensil.
STEP 6.Apply oil on a palm and make balls of the shape of the lemon and give it shape as per your desire
STEP 7.Take out one cup milk frm boiled milk.
STEP 8.Add cardamom and sugar in milk.
STEP 9.Now add up those lemon made balls into the milk.
STEP 10.Now cover the milk and boil it for 15 mnt. On medium to low flame.
STEP 11.And keep stiring with the help of spoon.
STEP 12.Add malai and dryfruit in one cup of milk.
STEP 13.Now add this mixture into the main milk.
STEP 14.You can add rose or keweda essence for flavour.
STEP 15.Chilled once it cool down
STEP 16.Our instant malai chop or rasmalai is ready.
