Ingredients for Instant jowar aata dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup jowar flour
  • 3/4 Tbsp rice flour
  • 3/4 Tbsp rava
  • 1/2 Tbsp curd
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
  • As Required As per taste Sakt
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Oil or butter

Directions: Instant Jowar Aata Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl..
  • STEP 2.Add water nd mix all the ingredients to make batter . Leave this batter for 5 minutes, Put nonstick tawa on high flame.when it becomes hot, pour dosa batter with the help of laddld to make dosa.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle some oil or butter and let it cook on high flame for 2 mnts. When it turns little brown after 2 minutes, turn gas flame on medium to slow and let it cook for more 2 minutes or until the dosa becomes golden brown and crispy ...
