STEP 1.Add broken kuttu to butter milk. Add rock salt. Mix it well. In a Kadai add oil. Do tempering by adding cumin seeds , green chilli, curry leaves and ginger. Once it splutter add the kuttu mixture to it. Cook till kuttu becomes soft. The mixture will become thick. Transfer to serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. Enjoy with coriander chutney.
