  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix sliced onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add gram flour and rice flour to the onion mixture and mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.
  • STEP 4.Fry the bondas until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 5.Serve the hot and crispy onion bondas with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
