Ingredients for Infused green tea lemon curd tart Recipe

  • As required Curd
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 ml Lemon green tea
  • 1 nos Lemon
  • As required juice and rind
  • 1/2 nos Lemongrass
  • 1 nos Gelatin
  • As required Sweet shortcrust
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • As required Chopped
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions: Infused Green Tea Lemon Curd Tart Recipe

  • STEP 1.For lemon Curd
  • STEP 2.Brew Lemon green tea, add lemon rind and lemongrass, and set aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat up cream and sugar together.
  • STEP 4.Strain tea, add to the hot cream, add lemon juice and sugar mixture. Cook gently, stirring constantly till thickened, put off heat and add gelatin.
  • STEP 5.Pour into cooked tart bases.
  • STEP 6.Sweet shortcrust
  • STEP 7.Combine flour, butter and sugar. Add chilled water, process till dough comes together.
