If you love fried rice, you should try this indonesian fried rice with chicken (nasi goreng ayam). It's is a huge hit with my 5 year old and takes less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish
1/2 Long red chili or red fresno pepper, sliced diagonally
3/4 cup Cooked chicken chopped
1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 cup Cooked cold rice
1.50 tablespoon Kecap manis or sweet soy sauce
As required Salt And Pepper To Taste
As required Fried egg for garnish
As required Cucumbers, sliced for serving
