Ingredients for Indo-chinese shrimps fried rice Recipe
10 Shrimps cleaned , deveined and pat dried
As required For Marination
As required turmeric Powder
0.13 teaspoon Lime Juice
As required Salt
As required White pepper powder
0.13 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil for shallow frying
As required For fried rice
1/2 Basmati rice cooked al dente and completely cooled rice bowl
1/2 onion big sized finely chopped
1/2 capsicum any coloured medium sized finely chopped
5 garlic pods finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
0.13 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
1/2 tablespoon Light soya sauce
0.13 cup Spring onions
3/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
