  • As required Boiled potatos ...ginger garlic chillies paste or half crushed ..corinder leaves ..redchillie powder..haldi ..salt ...fr vaghar mustard seed ..curry leaves ..red chillies whole ...hing and oil fr frying

  • STEP 1.Smashed potatoes add above masalas and fr tarka heat little oil add mustard seeds ..curry leaves ..redchillie whole ..and add to potatoes and mix and keep aside make small balls from it and keep
  • STEP 2.Fr batter take 3/4fup gram flour
  • STEP 3.Add one spoon rice flour salt .and pinch vajeing soda and little oil mix all add water to make thick batter
  • STEP 4.Heat oil fr frying..now drop the potato ball in batter and coat it well and gently drop in oil one by one deep fr on medium heat when done brown remove fry few green chillies also
  • STEP 5.Now arrange the vada pav put chutneys in pav and then put hot vad in middle and serve ..with fried green chillies
